The Candidate Referral Program was developed to provide an incentive to current customers for quality agronomy operations candidate referrals that are subsequently hired for employment.
Eligibility
- In order to receive the referral incentive, the current customer must complete and submit the Candidate Referral Form (below) prior to the application submission.
- Monetary reward made in dual payments. First payment will be made at the time of employment and second payment will be made after candidate is employed for 6 months.
